Chardonnay - Sinapius 2021 Close Planted Chardonnay

Sinapius Vineyard was established in 2005 by Linda Morice and the late Vaughn Dell at Pipers River in Tasmania's north-east. 

Michele's notes: In the top tier of Tasmanian (and Australian) Chardonnays. Nectarine, citrus, minerals and white flowers – fragrant and very beautiful. Tangy and delicious in the mouth with a fine structure, not heavy, not lean. Citrusy/peachy fruit is complemented by savoury elements of tarragon and baby fennel. The flavours linger long. Classy.
