Michele's notes: There is everything to love here in this outstanding example of Tasmanian, and Australian, Chardonnay. A very inviting bouquet of exotic tropical fruits, notably guava, creme brulee and zesty lime. It is mealy and creamy in the mouth, layers and layers of flavours with a just plain yummy touch of butterscotch at the end. The acid is wholly integrated and the overall impression is one of finesse.
