Hugh McCullough makes these light-hearted, fresh and sometimes experimental styles from sites in the Tamar Valley.

2024 Pinot Noir (value $36): There is a small amount of carefully managed whole bunch fruit that is treated to a separate carbonic ferment. Vibrant hues, succulent blackberries, hints of fresh herbs, olive tapenade, and a sweetly fruited finish. Unfined, minimal SO2.

2024 Pinot Meunier (value $36): Bright magenta in the glass. Prettily perfumed and extremely tasty. There is a volume and sweetness to the fruit - think raspberry and red cherry - and a hint of raspberry leaf. Fine, but pleasantly grainy tannins to finish.
