Home Hill 2023 Landslide Pinot Noir

Home Hill Estate is at Ranelagh in Tasmania's Huon Valley. In the hierarchy of Home Hill Pinots, Landslide sits at 'tier one' with Home Hill Estate and Kelly's Reserve Pinots occupying the top two tiers. You certainly wouldn't know that though. It has all the magnificent black-fruited jubiness that is a hallmark of the Home Hill style.

Michele's notes: Glittering and deep ruby/magenta. Impressively complex and 'pinot-esque' nose of Damson plum, dark cherry, meat, liquorice strap, chocolate/mocha.

Ultra jubey and juicy in the mouth with rich, sweet fruit tempered by just the right amount of acid. Nice handling of oak supports the purity of the fruit and gives an exemplary dry, fine tannin finish. Very more-ish.
