2023 Domaine Seguinot Chablis: Packs a flavour punch - flowers, melon, punchy citrus (lime), minerality. Zesty and intense in the mouth with biscuity notes at the end, pleasing depth of flavour. Complex and layered and exceedingly tasty.
2022 Marchand & Burch Chablis: Florals, lime, stone and slate and a little smokiness - all quintessentially Chablis. Extra flavoursome, salty licks mingle with ripe stone fruits, citrus and nougat.
2022 Domaine de Bieville Chablis: Flashing green/gold in the glass. From the first sip, it elicits a 'Thank goodness I'm drinking Chablis!' Aromas of flint/smoke, citrus, and flowers. Stone and citrus fruits on the palate, tempered with crisp minerality. There's the classic touch of barley sugar/almond.
