Delamere Vineyard Sparklings

Delamere, in the small Pipers Brook sub-region of Tasmania, produces an exceptionally fine range of sparkling wines under the expert guidance of winemakers/vignerons/owners Fran Austin and Shane Holloway.

Delamere 2015/16 Blanc de Blancs:  Incredibly fine bead and long finish. Five years on lees.

Delamere 2016/17 Vintage Cuvee: Winemaker notes: ' Rich and complex, this wine opens with leatherwood honey and develops through the palate, with stone fruits and fine line of minerality, a lingering and complex finish.'

Delamere NV Rose: Winemaker notes: 'Showing true mature Sparkling Rosé characters, it has a pale salmon colour and an aroma of fresh strawberry and musk, complexed by hints of lanolin and toast. But there is an additional layer of complexity from the bottle-aged reserve in this delicious blend.'
